Additional terms and conditions
1. Prices and services: Approximate prices for accommodation and any other services are listed in the accommodation provider’s presentation materials (website, brochures, etc.). However, the price stated in the accommodation voucher (hereinafter referred to as the voucher) is binding for the customer. For the range of contractually agreed services and prices, their breakdown in the voucher is binding. The host is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond his control (e.g. force majeure).
2. Cancellation of stay by the customer: The customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time before arrival. Cancellation of stay requires a written electronic form (email with delivery receipt) to
address info@penzion-trutnov.cz.
Cancellation fees when canceling a stay:
– free cancellation 30 days before arrival
– less than 30 days before arrival 50% of the reservation price – less than 24 hours before arrival 100% of the reservation price
For larger groups, individual cancellation fees can be negotiated.
The date and time of sending the email are decisive for determining the time of cancellation of the stay. The accommodation provider will not charge the customer the aforementioned cancellation fees if he could not use the agreed services for the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a member of his family, serious illness, recall order, natural disaster. The customer is obliged to document the above-mentioned facts with a written document to the accommodation provider no later than 3 days after their occurrence.
3. Payment: The customer can pay for the stay in advance online via the payment gateway. Payment via bank account is only possible after prior agreement. We accept cash (CZK) or credit card on the spot. When paying with the Benefit Plus card, the total price of the stay increases by 10%.
4. Check-in/Check-out: Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 18:00, departure no later than 10:00. In case of arrival/departure at a time other than the specified time, the customer will be charged a fee.
5. Validity: These business and cancellation conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order and accommodation voucher (voucher).
